Late delivery but still charged

I am generally happy with the service from Takealot but I would just like to complain that I was made to pay a R100 delivery charge for delivery on Saturday but my goods were not delivered on Saturday. What upsets me the most is that they **** and said they tried to get hold of me. That is not true. I never received any call from you guys on Saturday either confirming that I would be available or that you were at the gate. I suspect it is because it was raining all day that you decided not to deliver. I did not expect to have to pay this fee on Monday because the weekend delivery did not take place. But the driver said if I don't pay it there will be a problem. Which I understand for his sake but I am not happy that I had to pay this. It also inconveniences the customer to expect delivery and have to wait at home until it arrives. But then it never arrives.
