Late delivery

Two orders in a row where my package says out for delivery.. driver calls at 19:00 the night but my sms sure says before 17:00 twice that this has happened and they still have the odesitity too say we tried delivering im really getting sick of this now . Get your drivers in order man and this im bloemfontein!!!!
