Late delivery and U.K. plug?!

I’ve been an advocate of excellent service for years and recommended takealot many many times.

Things are slipping.

Delivery scheduled before 17h00 on the 28th. Nothing. No info. Nothing. Enquiring with ‘support’ on the 29th I was told the order was not with the courier yet, couldn’t be rescheduled and would be delivered on January 5th. Not even close to the tracking info. And then the delivery happened at 9am today, the 29th.

Don’t give me the busy time of year excuses, it’s hardly a surprise that it happens. Get ready.

I’d love to be able to use the multi port usb charger but it has a U.K. plug on it! Really!

Sorry guys. Someone here is taking the mickey.

I now need to purchase an adapter or a new cable? Hell no! I expect an appropriate cable or an adapter to be delivered.
