Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order on the 26th of May 2024 which was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of June 2024. Package did ship but no delivery was made, I reached out to customer support for further assistance and clarification on this matter, the gentleman that I spoke with by the name of Kgotso promised that the issue will be escalated. I did not get any update and decided to contact customer support again this time I requested for immediate refund because receiving my order package seems impossible, it was my first time ordering from takealot the level of disappointment and poor customer service from them is out of this world. I’m extremely frustrated and dissatisfied, I want my money back.
