LATE DELIVERY - AND ITEMS STILL AT WHAREHOUSE !!! USELESS DELIVERY

<p>I had an order - with a promise date of 13 Dec 2016, I checked all items were in stock at the time of the order,</p> <p>It was then changed to 'shipped' as of the Sat 10 Dec 2016,</p> <p>I call the courier service on Monday to find out where is the parcels, they informed me that it has not left the wharehouse,</p> <p>I been in contact with a represetative from Takealot, Who has been trying to help me as much as he can by the looks of it, so thank you Dane, BUT THE QUESTION AND ISSUE AT HAND IS - its 24 HOURS DELAYED AND STILL HAS NOT LEFT THE WHAREHOUSE - THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE , I DEMAND MY ITEMS TO BE REALLY SHIPPED OFF TODAY - I WILL BE ESCALATING THIS MATTER TO ALL RELATIVE PEOPLE, SOCIAL MEDIA ETC AND ADVISE THEM THAT TAKEALOT CANNOT HANDLE HIGH DEMAND AND DONT PLAN FOR HIGH SALES </p>
