Late delivery and feedback

It is the first time i have a bad experience with take a lot. other times they were very prompt and helpful. This time i must say it is the opposite.

My order is has taken 2 weeks and on their site it states they will communicate with you if there is any delay which did not happen. And rather than rushing the order to get it to me on promised delivery day they delay it by another 4 days. This is poor service from take a lots side. I am disapointed
