Late delivery after scheduling a delivery

I receive an overall bad service from take a [URL Removed] Firstly their online payment processing service was disappointing. The money didn't clear because I paid on a weekend so I sent my proof of payment as required to clear the payment from their side but they didn't and only cleared it on Monday after I sent emails and called them repeatedly. Then their delivery service was just chaos. I had to call in everyday because of lack of communication then finally today they schedule a delivery with me and did not honor it. Again they did not communicate with me. I called them until we were cut off by airtime. Instead of calling back they email me to say they will deliver in 30 minutes. I emailed back and said I was on my way home therefore they should deliver at my home address and they said Ok. Minutes later an email says sorry we cant change delivery address, mind you my home address is 15 minutes from work. Then 2 hours later an email from them says \this is to confirm your delivery". But I haven't received anything. Now they call me to say we delivered it to your workplace. How do you leave personal stuff with anyone else but the owner. I'm extremely disappointed in your service."""
