Late delivery

I am disappointed and disgusted that I did not receive my parcel yesterday from Takealot. What makes me more furious is that no one even has the decency to communicate to me that my parcel will be late. The items I ordered are for a bussiness and customers were promised to receive the stock by a certain time and this service from Takealot is substandard and utter nonsensical. Someone needs to explain right away as to what is going on because this is affecting our livelihoods.
