Late delivery

Your client service is pathetic ,i have to wait another day for my paid order ,the delivery date has past and i still haven't received anything and no notification or apology NOTHING.When we order items we want to use those items that's why we select the delivery date ,but if they are not delivered it affects our pockets because we now need to go physically buy those items because of your delay .i was a loyal customer every month i would order items .rest assured you'll have lost a customer to amazon ull are yo comfortable.
