Late Delivery

I have been waiting for my order to be delivered for 6 days now. I have been calling and emailing them and was told that they will deliver on Friday. Days later, my order is still not shipped. When i call, no one knows what is causing the delay. I am so disappointed in take a lot and this act has left a bitter pill in my mouth, after so many years of being their customer.
