late delivery

Late delivery, I ordered on Takealot and thereafter I emailed a consultant which assured me my parcel will be here by the 10/08/18. I told her I really need it not later than that date because it is my sister's kitchen tea on saturday and it would look very bad should I arrive empty handed. On Tuesday they let me know that my order will only arrive on Monday. I phone them again and tell them if this is the situation they should cancel the order then I will purchase somewhere else because it would not have any value to me if I only receive it on Monday, then I will shop wedding gifts somewhere else, yet again the lady assured me that the parcel will reach me on friday or maybe sooner because the parcel already arrived in Polokwane. today when I phone them to follow up, they have another story. The parcel has not yet arrived in Polokwane and will be delivered today to me only if they received it in time and if there is enough time for them to courier it to me. this is not the first time this happens it also happend two orders prior to this on a birthday. VERY VERY VERY upset, dissapointed and angry with this people. Maybe I would understand if this only happend like once but it seems to always happen to me. Like every order mostly.
