Late delivery

I placed an. order on the 28th of June the delivery date was the 3rd of July. my order contains my daughter's nappies who just turned a year old on the 6th of July. Her birthday present was in the order her nappies and milk and a speaker for the party of her 1st birthday. The delivery date has elapsed no ine bothered to contact me I.was the one trying to find what has happened to my order. I have ran out of milk and nappies for my daughter Since the 4th I have been buying from our local shop hoping that my delivery will turn up. I'm highly disgusted dissapointed and appauled. I have been **** to by *********** managers who over promised and underdelivered. My order was COD I was told to pay EFT to speed up the process of my delivery so it can be delivered on Friday I have had nothing since. I want my delivery today or my refund. My experience as a customer has been a pain . I want compensation I will not order with takealot ever again I wil never recommend it to friends and family its such a disgrace.
