Late Delivery

Made an order on the 4th November 2017 and yesterday (14/11/2017) they sent me an sms to say my stuff would be delivered that day before 17:00. Then this morning, after having heard nothing from them I see that my order is "Delivered. Signed by <me>" and "Delayed, we'll reschedule delivery" at the same time. It's now 16:35 and I still haven't heard anything.
