Late Delivery

I placed an order on Tuesday and on wednesday morning I sent arequest to update my contact details as I realised that the contact number online was incorrect. I recieved e mail feedback a few hours later confirming that my details had been updated. I waited for a calll from the courier for three days , until I decided to call and enquire and to my surprise was told that the courier has been trying to contact me on my old number. I eventually recieved a call from the driver informing me that he was five minutes away. But when I got to the gate I waited and waited until I callec him, and he rudely told me that he was there and decided to leave because I was not, on top of that he told me that he is busy with something else and will get back to me when he is done. I could not take the risk of waiting another three days and asked to meet him whereever he is. I found his attitude distsateful because he was just half a minute from where I was. I have always been happy with Takealot and the courier companies but this time I was just dissapointed especially since the perfume was meant as a Birthday present for my brother.
