Late Delivery
<p>I always received good service from Takealot but that has changed over the last week. I placed an order last week friday 27 Jan 2017 and the expected delivery date was 1 Feb 2017 and I still didnt receive my order. I complaned twice already regarding the bad service and they assured me that my parcel will be delivered end of business 2 Feb 2017 but I still didnt recieve my order. The status of the delivery was En Route for delivery Parcel sent out for delivery since the 30th of Jan 2017 11:17:06 AM. No update, phone call or anything since then. Please advice as to when I will recieve my order?</p> <p> </p> <p>Im very upset regarding this low level of customer service and currently I dont think I will order from Takealot again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope that this will be resolved as a matter of urgency!!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>My Order Number is ********** </p>
