Late deliveries, and pre-order not on time
Takealot have gone down a lot since merging with Kalahari. I used to receive things I ordered next day. Now I am lucky if I get my orders on the 3rd day. Every pre-order I order doesn't come on time and I now have preordered a PS4 game which hasn't been shipped yet and is due tomorrow. With their current delivery turnaround time, this means my pre-order is going to be 2 days late. Takealot, you have moved from a loyal customer to a barely satisfied customer and it is getting more and more likely that I will not order through you anymore and will not be able to recommend you to friends. Why has service dipped so much in the last 6 months???
