Late deliveries, and again and again!!
I bought 3 products on Takealot's website and the delivery was scheduled for Wednesday before 5pm. No show so i waited until 6pm with a couple of calls going to the delivery side of takelot and no reply of when it will be delivered. Thursday morning i phoned and begged that they deliver the products urgently but absolutely nothing happened. I got a reply that said it will be delivered before 5pm and yes, that did not happen. So today is Friday and i phoned them again, YOUR PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED BEFORE 5PM??? So i did the the good South African thing in my best afrikaans and told them, HULLE MOET DAAI ... PAKKIE VAT EN DWARS IN HULLE H....E IN DRUK EN EK SOEK MY ... GELD TERUG!!!! HULLE IS BLEDDIE USELESS!!!
We understand your frustration and anger with this order and the lack of its delivery. It's unacceptable that this parcel wasn't delivered to you as promised the first time around and that we failed to provide you with concrete feedback on its whereabouts and when delivery will be taking place. We have escalated this matter to the relevant management team to address with the responsible parties.
As discussed with our complaints team we are liaising with Skynet to get confirmation on where this parcel is and when it will be delivered. We will make sure that this is then done ASAP.
