late, delivered to wrong address, incorrect items,

I ordered, i was assured of delivery via phone call, Telling me to expect delivery that day. No delivery for a few days, I asked to collect rather as I was going away in a few days. I had another call from them assuring they will deliver the next day. (their way of trying to compensate) It took a few days longer.

They delivered the day I left for my December vacatoin. But they delivered to a farm thats not mine, several km away. My landlord had to go collect parcel from the other farm... By the time i got back from vacation to find a bunch of plastic sticks instead of a scale, It had been 6 weeks of my much needed holiday,

I obviously was disspointed to get random plastic sticks that i have no use for instead of a scale that i had needed for work, So i logged return, But policiy is 7 days after receivng. and there is no way around that.

So watch out, They can deliver late, to a place that is not your delivery address, deliver the wrong thing, but it will be your fault.
