Late damaged goods

<p>This will be my first ever negative review of takealot. But their standards have really slipped this year. I placed an order for 8 items on the 1ste of August and delivery was promised by the 4th. But only received it by the 7th of August. Not only did delivery take twice as long as what was said but the box was badly damaged and 1 item was missing. I would like for it to be delivered no later then 8th of August. It was a group order and now I have other people down my neck due to takealot and skynets bad service.</p> <p>Another thing. Where can I contact takealot directly as old email no longer works. The help section on the website is completly useless. Please provide waybill as takealot order number can't be tracked with courier.</p>
