Last year we ordered something from Takealot

Last year we ordered something from Takealot.the lady that delivered our parcel was battling to drive the van she was in and knocked off the intercom at the entrance of our complex. it cost Plus minus R4400-00 to replace. Takealot said it's not there problem .I even went to Clientele lawyers and they sent a letter of demand to Takealot and never got a reply.its so sad that a person gets treated like this and all I did was order a item from Takealot and now the intercom is my problem. And takealot make so much money,and can't even pay for the intercom to be fixed. Shame on you Takealot
