Last purcase from Takealot!

Very bad service!! Tell my by sms that they ate not able to deliver my order because I'm not available and I'm at the office that is also my delivery address. Phone customer service and the lady admit to my that the delivery people are *****ing from Takealot because they get paid per delivery so the reschedule to get more money!!
