Last minute cancel

I made a order on the 29 November 2021. on the 7 December 2021, 3 days before collection I was informed via email that one of the items where cancelled, despite when the order was placed in showed in-stock.

This is not acceptable, I contacted them and explained this was not on. If they don't have it in stock they need to replace it with something similar by confirming with myself, not just cancel it all together.

I was informed upon contacting them it was a barcode issue and they will send a message to there warehouse to find out what is wrong and inform me then via email throughout the day. End of day no email.

Cancelling the item just like that is unacceptable due to that this item is present that is need on Saturday 11 December 2021.

I am in the right mind to cancel the entire order and not use4 them ever again. Loot.co.za looks more like a sure thing.
