Lack packaging

I ordered a watch and books.

The books were not in any form of packaging.there are dirt markings on them.It Would have helped if the books were put in plastic bags prior to delivery .

The watch I had ordered was packaged so poorly.It can in a small lunch box.I haf ordered this watch as a gift.I would have appreciated it if it had come in a box.I now have to purchase a watch box separately
