Lack of service - Takealot

My issue is with return reference RRN-D98B-BFE6. I purchased an expensive item for a family member in need. They delivered the incorrect item & have taken forever to process the exchange & delivery of the new item. The lack of urgency in getting this resolved is very disappointing considering how well they usually operate. As a result I was left with no choice but to post this. I hope this is addressed ASAP especially in these trying times.
