Lack of Service DELIVERY

I placed an order and made payment on the 26th of November 2018, Received confirmation via their tracking tool tool that my order would arrive on the 4th of November 2018. My order has still not arrived, not only that , but the fact that I am unable to get a hold of anyone with regards to obtaining any information regarding the status of the order. what's sad is that no one (from Takealot) is saying anything and I mean I have made payments and everything and all I require is some information.
