Return number RRN-9447-6eab- Takealot delivered a damaged item , on the 15th of January , i returned the item to their drop off point on the 16th of January , i was advised and promised by the consultant whom took my call to log the return that i will have a new item within 4-5 days , My sons birthday is tomorrow 21st January , Takealot does not know what they are doing and keep lying , ive spent collectively over 2 hours on the phone with them just to make empty promises , quick to deliver when money is coming in , my sons birthday is tomorrow and he will not have a gift and this is pathetic

TAKEALOT is the worst company ever and i will ensure that people do not do business with them
