Lack of response on my refund

placed an order with Takelot, but the delivery took far too long. I urgently needed the components, so I requested a full refund. Instead of refunding me, they credited my account, which is useless since I need the money back to buy the items elsewhere.

I contacted them multiple times asking for the refund, but I have received no feedback from their financial team. Meanwhile, the components I ordered cannot be reordered because prices increase overnight and some items go out of stock.

This has left me completely stuck—Takelot is not doing their part, and I cannot get the components I urgently need. The lack of communication and refusal to process a proper refund is unacceptable.
