Lack of Refund, Incorrect advertising with missing items,Rude Service.

Is it your common practice not to refund people?To hide behind t&c's and just ignore emails? Also note apart from lack of over R500 refund , I bought a dryer that was advertised with a shoe Rack and now for the 3rd time, again, the the shoe Rack is missing.This, after last consultant-Ryan, promised he would contact warehouse to ensure the missing item is included. Apart from the massive inconvenience for weeks without a dryer, I was dealing with rude customer service agents,the emails being ignored,lack of refunds being processed.... Does Takealot think so poorly of its customers?
