Lack of ownership - Order Number ***9

My delivery has been bungled up. Since Tuesday no one has been able to locate my package. At last my package was located yesterday and we discovered it had been delivered to wrong warehouse. My status on my order has not changed and their is no real commitment as to when I will receive my package. I have been told the customer service manager does not speak to customers and her details cannot be divulged as it is 'private'. This was a birthday gift which was expense and the what was meant to be a great experience has now turned into a nightmare for me, I hope someone senior who does speak to customers will be able to help me get this resolved - order number - ********** 9
