Lack of feedback
I did not receive an order from Takealot which I then queried 2 weeks ago. Whilst I appreciate orders get lost, the total lack of any form of feedback is unacceptable. Apparently my query has gone to the courier company, but Takealot is unable to tell me how long the matter will remain open for until I receive a refund.<br> <br> Order number is included in the hidden field of this form.
