Lack of Customer Service

Absolutely pathetic customer service or should I rather say lack thereof. Tried phoning takealot as I have a query regarding my delivery. I waited for 32 min and still no one answered the phone. Eventually my airtime ran out. So not only have I wasted all my airtime but I still have no answer to my query.
