Lack of customer service

Extremely disappointing experience with Takealot’s customer service. I received little to no actual assistance throughout this entire process.

I was repeatedly told to “be patient” and wait for feedback, yet my questions were never answered. Instead, I kept receiving the same copy-and-paste responses, with no effort to properly assist or resolve the issue.

At no point did it feel like anyone was genuinely trying to help. The constant delays, lack of accountability, and poor communication made this a frustrating and time-wasting experience.

Very disappointing and not the level of service I expected. Don’t expect takealot to take your concerns seriously! They don’t care at all what your needs are!!
