Lack of contact details

I would like to stress that I am overall happy with products and delivery. However, it seems impossible to query a faulty item. On 12 July a Cadac Safire gas heater was delivered. This heater has now become faulty. I cannot find a way to arrange a replacement. The website comes across as if it is designed to make it difficult to deal with a problem like mine.
