LACK OF COMPETENCY/SERVICE

I ordered products and to date I have not received one of my products. I elevated this as a query and to date it has been 1 month and takealot is still reviewing my order. They keep coming back to say they want reference information and S Numbers which has already been provided. They added that i ordered a combo deal so one item to be sent back. I'm still waiting for my order. Emails from them basically say the same thing every time. Its an absolute lack of competency as I have been promised the product and still waiting for their advices on this order. My account has been debited. Hopefully this review will help them expedite and I can get my product. It is really sad it has taken a month and Im still running around trying to get them to send me my item.
