Lack of compassion and understanding

TERRIBLE service after making a simple request.

Bought nappies 8 months ago (still too big for my son hence the 6 month return period expired) but my son has been diagnosed with an allergy to the nappies so I can't use them.

Without making ANY attempt to accommodate my request I was point blank told they can not assist me.

It's not like the nappies are bananas that go rotten in a week.

Takealot will NEVER have me purchase anything again. They are rude, uncaring and have no compassion for a fellow human being.

Disgusted!!!
