Lack of communication/feedback

I bought stuff from Takelot of which one items was delivered wrong. After contacting Takealot I did get respons from an employee named Athenkosi.M. They asked for more information on which I submitted immediately. Its more than a week now after calls and emails without any feedback from Takealot on how they are going to handle the situation. (Order # *** )
