Lack of communication

I have ordered two items and one was canceled for what ever reason yet there was no refund or any other communication with regard to the cancelation of the ordered item. I am left in the dark as I don't know whether to return the other item or keep it as they work hand in hand with the canceled item. My canceled order number is ***9.
