Lack of Communication

This will be the last time I order on this platform. I'm expecting a delivery today and it failed without any communication whatsoever. How do they say I wasn't available to receive my parcel when no one contacted me to inform me that the order has arrived??? I am livid cause this is a present to my child!!!!
