Lack of Communication

<p>My story is very long and I have repeated it so many times, and this has been going on since last Monday, but the overall complaint is the pure lack of communication from Takealot. I feel they do not care about their customers as they do not have the decency to call a customer back or follow up on anything that they say they will. I am waiting for someone to call back, who promised me that she would call me back and she would get a manager to phone me and I doubt that is going to happen. What is also annoying is that when you as the customer call into the call centre you are never able to speak to the original person you spoke to and there is only one e-mail address so if the person you were dealing with is not at work your e-mail just seems to disappear. I order through Takealot on a regular basis and have never been so disappointed and they really dont seem to be bothered.</p>
