Lack of commitment and blatant lies

I ordered a Weber master touch from Takealot. The braai arrived damaged and in turn I logged a return on Monday 5th, I was told that delivery would take place on Tuesday 6th, after waiting the whole day for collection the package was not collected, I phoned on Wednesday 7th to find out what’s going on and same story. Thursday morning I phoned and after trying to escalate the matter as high as possible I was told the exact same blatant lies and had the exact same outcome as the previous days! I am absolutely livid with the lack of service! Takealot provides a service and can’t commit
