L21 earbuds true wireless by OQ Trading

I ordered a Ecco stove, Volkano wireless mouse and L21 earbuds true wireless. I received my order on the 31 August 2022. The stove and volkano mouse works perfectly fine even though the packaging for the stove was damaged. The L21 earbuds were unfortunately defective, I then submitted a return and exchange request in which was honored and I received the new L21 earbuds on Monday 5 September 2022 and while I was opening the package I pickup up that it seemed that that package had been opened as the plastic protection on the buds were removed and charging bin fully charged. The earbuds synchronize but the the quality is terrible, its like listening to music with an extremely badly scratched cd. I then requested another return but this time with a refund on the same day (Monday) and received a text stating that they tried to make a collection but couldn't and that they will reschedule. However i didn't receive a call or any communication regarding the reschedule or the attempt to collect. I've also reached out to OQ who then advised that they wont intervene with Takealot.
