Knockoff Product Received

I’m extremely disappointed with Takealot’s lack of seller accountability. I ordered a ceiling fan, but what was delivered was a poor-quality knockoff. Unfortunately, I only realized this after my electrician had already installed it. Now, I have to pay again to have it removed and replaced with the correct product. This is unacceptable—I trusted Takealot to vet their sellers and ensure product authenticity. I expect either the seller or Takealot to take responsibility and compensate me for the extra costs I’ve incurred. Please advise on how this will be addressed.
