Knockoff brand received

I purchased a product from takealot. when the product arrived, it was not as advertised. The brand was Leisure Quip. Instead i received a chinese brand, very pour quality, and they just pasted a printed piece of paper showing the brand and pasted it with tape. when i enquire i get very little assistance and have been told the product is out of stock, but the are still advertising the product as available/for sale. they now sent me a coupon which i do not want, i want my product at the price it was when on special. The price has since changed, but still available.
