Kids Christmas Gifts go missing

Ordered from takalot on Black Friday. Delivery estimation was supposed to 30 November. I have phoned their call centre, logged a ticket on their website and still no can tell me when my parcel will be delivered. Hopefully it reaches before Christmas as this was the whole point of the order placed. Poor service, no delivery as yet. Anyone wanting to order through them for Christmas think twice . . . With service this slow it most probably will only reach you in the new year.
