Kiddies remote control car

We ordered a kiddies remote control car. We sent the car back because there was no manual in it. We called Takealot and asked where the manual is and 1 of the assistants said we must sent the whole car back and then they will look at it and sent it back with everything. We sent it back twice and everytime they this sent it back this like we sent it to the warehouse. The third time I asked for a refund and they said they can't refund me and the the same car this came back. Then on Tuesday the 12th of January our manager took the car to the warehouse personally and explained the whole story and the warehouse said they will sort it our again and sent the new car back. Now they sent the old one without any differences AGAIN. I think it's pathetic.
