KIC Fridge was delivered damaged!

Bought a KIC fridge on 17 December 2025, it was delivered on 19 December 2025. Before the delivery guy left I opened the package and saw that the door is damaged. He said that he cannot take the faulty item with him, and a new incident needs to be raised. Incident raised 19 December 2025, twice Takealot has send cars to collect the fridge. HOW does a fridge fit into a car??? Up to today 29 December 2025 I'm still stuck with a damaged fridge because Takealot is closing my incidents without collecting the damaged fridge. If the collection takes so long, how long will I have to wait for my refund. I really urgently need my refund to be processed.
