To whom it may concern Im writing to you to lay a complaint. Today is my first time downloading the Mr D Food app due to the pandemic, I ordered kfc from Mr Delivery today around 15:00 . My order was then canceled due to my location, of which I was not informed nor is there anything that states that orders cannot be fetched at a parking lot. To make things worse when I called for my refund they told me nothing can be done because the customer is at fault. I then also asked if I could make another order instead of receiving a refund but was given no option nor resolution to my problem. I’m heavily upset with the blatant disrespect,unprofessionalism and poor service I was given back by KFC Waterstone Somerset. As a result I don’t think I’ll ever order or recommend KFC/Mr D Food again . My order no. DFD***5
