Kettle faulty

Poor customer service. I purchased a kettle from Takealot and the kettles switch was faulty within the first year ,I logged a return and was given a new kettle .A year later the something happens exactly the same the kettle doesn't switch off and the lid got damaged now my return was rejected. This is unacceptable as it has a two year warranty and Takealot already set a president by replacing the kettle the first time .I'm highly disappointed and as customer who has spent a substantial amount on products and applications from Takealot. I'll rather take my money else where and get a decent use out of the product I've paid for.
