I have used Takealot for some time and I have not been disappointed as of yet. I have been disappointed by some products but we need to distinguish between Takealot as a service and products sold by vendors. In fact, the service keeps getting better, I usually get my order the next day. I have been refunded two days after returning a faulty product. Keep up the good service.
