I purchased the Real Thing Probiotic Capsules from Takelot online.<br> On 01 September 2015 I received an email stating that my item was ready for collection. I travelled all the way from the City Bowl to go collect the on 09 September 2015. Indeed, my item was ready waiting and situated in one of the 100s of black boxes sitting on the shelves behind main collections desk. After all it was 8 days ago that it was there and so they bring it to me to sign off.<br> The problem was the item CLEARY on the lid states \KEEP REFRIGERATED"<br> I wanted an understanding WHY Takealot don't place these types of products in the fridge 24/7 and why there is NO FRIDGE storage in their front collections section.<br> I then get told by the collections manager"

As discussed we should've paid closer attention to the storage requirements for this particular item and are sorry for the frustrating experience this led to. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by not being able to offer you an immediate replacement due to the warehouse relocation this past weekend. This is not an excuse for the poor experience you had, but rather an explanation as to what had happened.
We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter with you and will make sure this is fed back to the relevant departments to make sure the necessary measures are put in place to avoid a similar disappointing experience in future.
